Bridge Between Kundalini Yoga and Andean Wisdom

Underlying the apparent differences between many spiritual and earth traditions is a Unified Field of intelligence – the only divisions are created by internal languaging and concepts.

Kundalini Yoga as taught within the model of Purest Potential is framed by the understanding of the 10 bodies.

The bodies are the expressions of 6 physiological centers within the human body and 4 subtle electromagnetic emenations. Each body represents a different aspect of the human psyche.

The first 6 bodies correspond with the chakras, or points upon the physical body that are nexuses of neurons that are capable of sensing, interpreting and communicating information to the central nervous system. These are centers of perception just as the brain is a center of perception.

Each center of perception has its own unique aspect of our humanity in which it corresponds with. It mechanically operates within certain frequencies of electrical impulses which creates a resonant electromagnetic field. The center senses, interprets and processes information in a unique way.

The frequencies of each plexus also corresponds with the frequencies of colors and elements (air, earth, water, fire, etc).

Just as the human brain is programmable and adaptive to its given its environment, so too are these complex centers of neurons.

When there is coherence within the plexus there is a free flow of perception that is integrated within the central nervous system sensory data stream and a seamless part of the psyche – both from a level of perception and expression.

When there is incoherence or disorder within the neural networks and functionality of the nerve center – there is what can be called a “block” where parts of the psyche are not fully operational or integrated. It may feel that we are fragmented, fighting against ourselves, or unable to express our most authentic self.

In the Yogic traditions we are working to create coherence within these centers using the technology of our bodies and the resources within ourselves. In Kundalini Yoga we use physical movement, breath, mantra, focus, and devotional connection to help release disharmony or incoherent accumulation and reorganize or repattern these centers.

Just like our central nervous system can become overwhelmed with information and overburdened, stressed and burnt out, so too can these smaller neural plexuses.

There are psycho-emotioal and energetic dimensions to each chakra as well – which are the flowering of the physical coherence, order and health of the biological center.

If we bypass the level of the physical body we miss the deepest root cause of the totality of health – psycho-physiological vibrant ease and fluidity of consciousness and its effortless expression.

To address the root of the 6 chakras and their psycho-emotional- energetic expressions we work with our physical body, taking care of its basic needs and integrating focused movement, angles, breath, and intentionality to help create coherence and health. We provide our bodies with quality nutrition, hydrate, move, rest well and live a detoxification lifestyle.

In the formal practice we use rhythmic movement, rhythmic breathing and mantra to create coherent frequencies or waves that ripple throughout the subtle electromagnetic emenations which also create more easeful expression and seamless integrated function.

The chakras can be powered internally by physical vitality or kundalini or also we can look through an expansive lens of cosmic energy or life force that surrounds us in a unified field.

Through this lens we can understand that the human body is like an instrument or antenna that receives and transmits this universal life force. The greater the coherence the greater that life force is channeled into the physical and creates shifts and changes at the physical level.

Through a shamanic lens we can consciously connect with the unified field and draw in the subtle coherent energy that surrounds us – which is amplified by pristine purity of nature.

Each chakra vibrates and resonates at its own frequency, those frequencies correspond with colors – green being the heart – and also the elements.

When we consciously listen with our whole antennae of a being, we start to experience the pure nature of who we are.

Sometimes this can be more intentional if we choose to connect to the fire for example, other times more general if we connect with a unified field of harmony in an untouched natural environment.

We can perceive a contrast between our current state and a state of our potential – through the connection with nature and coherent subtle fields.

With clear contrast we can see that we are not the disorder, dis-ease, or disharmony. We can let it go and embrace / affirm the harmony.

Through ritual, ceremony or intentionality we can let those heavier and more incoherent patterns go. By living in harmony we reinforce the coherent patterns and structures on all levels to become a more efficient antenna of universal life force which operates through us as human beings.

Nature helps provide outer conditions supportive to the connection with our true nature.

By coming on a pilgrimage to natural environments and sacred sites like Peru and working with a synergy of both yogic and shamanic techniques we develop tools to create harmony from within as well as new forms of connecting with the natural world around us to help release the disorder and attune to the purest potential of our true nature – a oneness with all of life.
