13 Day Cycle of K’at
The Net
Friday April 26th – Wednesday May 8th
Through the journey of the past 13 days – exploring authentic expression and weaving the tapestry of our embodied creative essence – a new form of reality emerges and steps into the next phase of its evolutionary flight.
K’at is represented by the symbol of the net. In the Maya culture, a woven net is often used like a basket slung over the shoulder to carry that which is important, to share with the community. The net is woven and sometimes the fibers can get tangled and make the net unable to carry the goods.
Likewise the energy of these 13 days is a time for both carrying the most treasured gifts we’ve gathered throughout our life, and carefully remove what is no longer necessary and is creating a greater burden to carry around. It also helps us untangle the places where our woven net may be crossed or knotted.
We use these 13 days to straighten out the misunderstandings, the conflicts and tangles both internally and externally in our lives and release the unnecessary burdens in order to allow our gifts to be carried and shared in a good way.
Use this time to consciously review the day to day load we carry. From the daily habits and activities to the relationships and the more subtle thoughts and beliefs. K’at will help us to identify and release / unentangle, so that we may carry forth our gifts and only that which is most beneficial to the whole of life.
